The Strategic Wealth System Process
The SWS Process™ provides a proven way we put all the pieces together, incorporating each of the Strategic Wealth System™ components in the right order to best strengthen you and your business.
- Strategic Blueprint™ – The first step our clients take in an engagement with us is our Strategic Blueprint. What you receive in our blueprint is a quantitative assessment of your current tax, accounting, and business situation. Following your situational appraisal is a list of recommendations with actions to improve your score in the areas we assessed, along with a detailed description of what a long-term engagement with Provident would look like to help you improve your score.
Our Strategic Blueprint comes with a 10-times guarantee. That means that if we can’t find you 10 times the cost of the blueprint in tax savings in the first year of an engagement with us, we will refund your blueprint charge. - Onboarding – Once you decide to work with Provident to implement our recommendations, we will begin the process of onboarding. We will start with gathering the rest of your personal and business information we did not receive in your Blueprint development. We will then introduce you to our Client Service Team and any other team members that will be working with you during Implementation.
- Implementation – This step in our process is completely customized to your personal recommendations and the services you chose to engage with us. We will be working with you to minimize your taxes, control your money, and move toward financial independence.
- Quarterly Pulse – Our Quarterly Pulse is the most important component to our process. This is where we meet every 90 days to monitor and adjust your goals and objectives, set a new plan for the next 90 days, and solve the most important issues you have.
